Ordering
1. After selecting the desired Product in the E-shop, you can add it to your shopping basket by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.
2. A box will appear where you can choose one of the options ("Continue Shopping" or "Show Cart").
3. To place an order, you can at any time press the "Cart" button (located in the top left corner), which displays a list of selected items, and the "Show Cart" button, which sends you to the checkout page.
4. After entering the requested data and confirming the shop terms, click the "Check Out Now" button. Then check the accuracy of the information provided and click the "Check Out Now" button again.
Payment methods
1. After ordering, you will receive a confirmation of purchase with a list of products. An invoice will then be created and sent to your provided email address.
Goods receipt or delivery
- The Goods can be delivered across Latvia at your choice:
1) via Omniva packomat system – from 4.00 to 10.00 EUR (depending on the size and material of the goods). Estimated delivery time if the items are in the office – 3-4 working days
2) via courier delivery across Latvia – 15.00 to 50.00 EUR (depending on the size of the goods with packaging, weight, material and delivery distance)
3) Laika Stils SIA store (248 D Latgales Street, Riga) – free of charge - For costs and deliveries outside Latvia, the Parties agree additionally.
- If the Goods are not in stock, the approximate delivery time is agreed with the Seller.
- Choice of the method and cost of delivery (In Latvia and abroad), please consult the Seller SIA Laika Stils.
Exchange and return of goods
- The Customer has the right to withdraw from the transaction within 14 days and to exchange or return the ordered Goods. The 14-day period starts from the moment the Customer has received the Goods.
- In the case of exchange and return, the Customer must complete a Return Application within 14 days of receipt of the Goods. The Customer may do so by completing the Return Form and sending it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
- The Customer must return the Goods within 14 days of submitting the Return Form or provide documents proving that the Goods have been handed over to the logistics company within the above time period. The Merchant reserves the right to withhold any return process until it has received the Contract Goods or the Customer has provided evidence of the return of the Goods.
- The Goods to be exchanged or returned must not be damaged or show signs of use and must be in their original packaging. If the returned Goods are found to be defective, the Customer shall only be liable for the manner of use of the Goods which is inappropriate in nature, characteristics or functionality.
- The Customer shall always open the packaging of the Goods carefully without damaging it. If the packaging cannot be opened without damaging it, the return of the Goods in their original packaging is not required.
- The Customer may return the Goods to the Seller's office in Riga, Latgales iela 248 D. In the event that Omniva parcel was chosen as the delivery method, Customer may exchange or return the Goods using the same delivery method. All costs related to the return shall be borne by the Customer.
- In case of exchange, the E-shop shall send the Customer a new Goods immediately upon receipt of the Goods to be exchanged. The costs associated with the re-delivery of the Goods will be borne by the Seller.
- In the event of a return of the full amount of the Order, the Seller shall return to the Customer the full amount of the Contract, including delivery costs.
- The refund will be credited to the Customer's bank account no later than the next banking business day. If the Order was paid for in cash, the Customer must visit the Seller's office and collect the money in person.
Product Warranty
Product Warranty All goods purchased by you in the online store bonsai.laikastils.lv are provided with a guarantee provided by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
The warranty period is 24 months, during which the warranty repairs will be performed free of charge in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Warranty repairs include technical problems with the Product or manufacturer's defect. In such cases, a document confirming payment (check, receipt) is required. Complaints about the quality of the purchased goods will be considered in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Latvia "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia. 631 "The procedure for filing and considering consumer claims in relation to goods or services that do not comply with the terms of the contract."

The guarantee does not apply to products and goods of plant origin (seeds, plants, trees).
The warranty does not apply if:
- the product is not used in accordance with generally understood purposes or conditions;
- the product has been manually repaired or the design does not correspond to the original;
- the product shows damage from external influences;
- the product has external physical damage caused by the person himself;
- the product has damage caused by an accident, fire, natural conditions, a third party, etc.;
- the product shows external physical damage caused by the use of inappropriate equipment or accessories;
- the product was not used for personal purposes, but for profit, in cases where the manufacturer did not intend to use the product for such purposes.
